  • Beginners and competition boxers – Tuesday and Thursdays (male and female)
  • Boxers by invitation – Monday & Wednesday
  • Boxing for fitness – Friday
  • Pro boxers – By appointment
  • Personal training (1-to-1 and small groups) – any day 6am to 5pm (call John)

7.45pm – 9.15pm Seniors (ages 18+)
Wednesday 6.00pm – 9.00pm Boxers by invitation
Thursday 6.15pm – 7.30pm Juniors (ages 10-17)
7.45pm – 9.15pm Seniors (ages 18+)
Friday 7.30pm – 9.00pm Non-contact boxing for fitness (ages 14+)
Saturday 6am – 5pm Personal training (call John)
Sunday 10am – 12pm Competition boxers

If you’re interested in giving us a go, feel free to come along to the appropriate Tuesday, Thursday or Friday session. There’s no need to call or email. Sessions run all year. All you need is some comfortable training clothes (shorts / tracksuit  + t shirt) and a bottle of water. You’re welcome to bring your own equipment, but we do have gloves, skipping ropes, etc.

Please note that due to the nature of the sport we do not normally accept juniors under 10 years old, unless they can show during a trial that they are able to follow the session and fully participate. Any trial sessions must be approved by one of our coaches. Please contact us if you are unsure.
