If you’re interested in giving us a go, feel free to come along to the appropriate beginner session. There’s no need to call or email. Sessions run all year. All you need is some comfortable training clothes (shorts / tracksuit  + t shirt) and a bottle of water. You’re welcome to bring your own equipment, but we do have gloves, skipping ropes, etc.

Please note that due to the nature of the sport we do not normally accept minors under 7 years old, unless they can show during a trial that they are able to follow the session and fully participate. Any trial sessions must be approved by one of our coaches. Please contact us if you are unsure.
