If you’re thinking about coming along for a session – then please feel free. Just come along to the appropriate Monday or Wednesday session (junior or senior) – there’s no need to book and no pre-arrangement is required. We take complete beginners throughout the year, and adjust each session based on the skill level of the participants. Ample free parking available.
All you need is some comfortable training clothes (shorts / tracksuit + t shirt) and a bottle of water. We have gloves, skipping ropes, etc.
