If you’re thinking about coming along for a session – then please feel free. Just come along to the appropriate Tuesday or Thursday session (junior or senior) – there’s no need to book and no pre-arrangement is required. We take complete beginners throughout the year, and adjust each session based on the skill level of the participants. We are however a boxing club, so any attendees on non-keepfit nights are expected to show an aspiration to box competitively.
All you need is some comfortable training clothes (shorts / tracksuit + t shirt) and a bottle of water. We have gloves, skipping ropes, etc. Ample free parking available.
